How to avoid "(JbpmJobExecutor@xxx.xx.xxx.xx: Dispatcher) acquirable job not found" message in the server logging file ?

Issue

In the server logging file (server.log) there are multiple messages as follows:

2012-08-27 16:10:34,186 DEBUG [org.jbpm.job.executor.DispatcherThread] (JbpmJobExecutor@xxx.xx.xxx.xx:Dispatcher) no acquirable job found

It causes the server logging file consumes a large percentage of available storage space in a short period of time. How could it be avoided ?
