Using WaitConditionHandle causes heat stack creation to fail
Issue
- Using WaitConditionHandle in a stack will cause a failure and the following error message will be displayed in
/var/log/heat/heat-engine.log
2015-09-23 13:50:30.910 26514 TRACE heat.engine.resource Error: Cannot get stack domain user token, no stack domain
id configured, please fix your heat.conf
