Can not perform introspection on ironic nodes
Issue
- It appears that an IP address assignment occurs and that the undionly.kpxe is successfully transferred between the hosts, but for some reason the node does not continue with the boot process. It attempts to reconnect via DHCP and boots into the local hard drive on the server.

- Long delay to receive IP from DHCP
