Issue

• Systems (rhn/systems/Overview.do) and/or System Groups (rhn/systems/SystemGroupList.do) pages takes a long time to display and sometimes results in Internal Server Error.
• When clicking on rhn/systems/Overview.do, after about 2 minutes the web UI displays "Service Temporary Unavailable".

• It takes a long time (~2-5 minutes) to list all available System Groups via the Web UI (Systems -> System Groups, i.e., rhn/systems/SystemGroupList.do). Whereas using the API call it returns all system groups immediately.

• At times the web server times out with traceback like below:
