Where can I download the EAP 6.x maven artifacts and how do I use them?

Issue

• We understand that beginning jboss eap6, jboss does not host maven artifacts in public domain. The subscriber has to download the zip and install to their own maven repo. How do we use them as part of our build?
• I couldn't find the Maven repository distribution ZIP and guidance on configuring the maven repository for JBoss EAP 6.
• Where is the public maven repo?
• What dependencies should one declare in the .pom file to be able to work with the EAP maven repository?
