Unable to submit JSON data to my JAX-RS resource deployed in EAP

Issue

I have a valid JSON and when I submit this to my JAX-RS Resource I have the following error

org.jboss.resteasy.plugins.providers.jaxb.JAXBUnmarshalException: javax.xml.bind.UnmarshalException

What am I doing wrong?
