Why does openais say "Node N conflict, remote config version" in log messages on Red Hat Enterprise Linux?

Issue

What is mean by below message in /var/log/messages file

openais: [CMAN ] Node N conflict, remote config version id= , local=

when I try to execute any lvm commands, they hang. They never respond.

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5 (with the High Availability or Resilient Storage Add Ons)
Red Hat High Availability cluster with 2 or more nodes.
- A non-identical cluster.conf on all nodes, in particular config_version does not match.
