SwitchYard tooling editor does not allow to specify an operation in REST Binding if interface contains more than one method

Issue

  • When using REST binding users see a validation error in the switchyard.xml while developing it in Eclipse/JBDS tooling editor.
The referenced Java interface for service "RestSYInterface" specifies more than one operation and the binding "rest1" does not specify which to use in the operation selector
  • How can user specify an operation in REST binding in SwitchYard application, when the REST interface has more than one method?
  • Also, even when users have only one method in the interface the same issue occurs in the editor. How can users get rid of this error?
  • Could this issue be related to this issue Error when we don't specify any operation in a binding ?
