Getting 401 Unauthorized Error During Red Hat Satellite Capsule Installer

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

I am running the following command to set up a capsule server:

  # capsule-installer --parent-fqdn          "example.redhat.com"\
                     --register-in-foreman  "true"\
                     --foreman-oauth-key    "7KcZW9VZwBRhzvrCJ2SasZtC89qfZBB"\
                     --foreman-oauth-secret "M6FuvaQJJ6eHSTkKov74PoTZbELvMUJ"\
                     --pulp-oauth-secret    "WrDZuczkVkqCeidATZAaDaszvwapSUG"\
                     --certs-tar            "/root/example.redhat.com-certs.tar"\
                     --puppet               "true"\
                     --puppetca             "true"\
                     --pulp                 "true"

(replace capsule-installer by satellite-installer --scenario=capsule since Satellite 6.2) and getting following errors.

/Stage[main]/Foreman_proxy::Register/Foreman_smartproxy[example.capsule.com]: Could not evaluate: 401 Unauthorized: {
