Removing compute node leaves record behind

  • When removing a compute node using "openstack overcloud node delete", the deleted node will still appear in the horizon dashboard.

  • Removing the compute node was done by using the following command:

openstack overcloud node delete --stack 96f284c4-8304-4324-8e8e-75f4bb853607 --templates -e /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/network-isolation.yaml -e ~/templates_scen2/network-environment.yaml --debug 158f6d45-8f3a-4c6a-ab9f-f8f675075f78
