wpa_supplicant includes wpa_gui man page but not binary
Issue
- The wpa_supplicant rpm includes the man page for wpa_gui but not the binary.
- Since the software isn't included in any package, the man page shouldn't be there.
- It can cause confusion when a user performs a man page search and comes across the man page.
- NetworkManager is used in place of wpa_gui so there should be no concern about the wpa_gui executable not existing.
