rpc.statd "Permission Denied" errors on cluster nodes
Issue
- We see in the messages files these type of errors repeating:
rpc.statd[1373]: unlink (/tmp/statd-node1.example.com.tg1360/sm.bak/192.168.112.12): Permission denied
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5 (with the High Availability Add on)
- nodes mounting nfs with
netfscluster resources - nodes not exporting nfs through cluster
