Issue

In a newly built RHEV 3.0 environment, virtual machine migrations fail with two messages in the RHEV Event Log.
- The error on the destination host is

VM [vmname] is down. Exit message Lost connection with qemu process.
```
- The error on the source host is
```
Migration failed (VM: [vmname], Source Host: [hostname])
```
