Issue

  • The GFS2 filesystem that is part of a clustered service will not mount and service fails to start.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5 (with the High Availability and Resilient Storage Add Ons)
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 6 (with the High Availability and Resilient Storage Add Ons)
  • GFS or GFS2 file system managed by an <fs> resource in /etc/cluster/cluster.conf
