IO error observed while accessing PCIe SSD devices
Issue
- Getting following error messages while trying to perform I/O on ext4 filesystem created over PCIe SSD devices:

Environment
- Originally observed on RHEL 6.3.
- Also known to occur on RHEL6.6.z (2.6.32-504.16.2.el6.x86_64)
- Micron RealSSD P320h PCIe SSD drives.
