Why satellite 6 manifest quantities are not matching satellite 5.6 certificate ?

Manifest quantities don't match Sat 5.6 numbers

The quantities shown in the manifest for Sat 6.0 do not match the quantities we show in our Sat 5.6 system. The cert from the Sat 5.6 system which show unlimited (4584) where Sat 6 show a total of 102.
