Issue

We have a RHEV 3.4.2-0.2 installation and we have VMs deployed from automatic pools.
We are trying to generate an administrative task which would periodically eliminate virtual machines and return them to the pool as available based on time they have not been used. As it happens only when the machine is stopped from the user portal, what we would like to happen is, if the users do not do carry out this task, the machine would return to the pool as available to another user and would not be left without use and available for other users.
How can we do this?
