Karaf patch script says "Could not find or load main class org.fusesource.patch.client.Main"
Issue
In Fuse 6.2.0 GA, the patch script bin/patch or batch file bin\patch.bat does not start: it fails immediately with an error message concerning class org.fusesource.patch.client.Main
