Unable to login to server with any of the users - "could not open session" error appears if you try to "Su"
Issue

Unable to login to server with any of the users - "could not open session". Even 'root' is also unable to login. Tried in console as well.

Unable to login - after entering the password of the user, login prompt appears again.
