Issue

When trying to deploy an OpenStack environment using packstack, the following error message is displayed and packstack installation fails:

  Local ip for ovs agent must be set when tunneling is enabled at /var/tmp/packstack/2ec8db0be8084688a507aa60ece2927a/modules/neutron/manifests/agents/ml2/ovs.pp:113 on node hostname01
