Authentication failure is reported when using Access Insights in Satellite 6.1.1

Issue

Registration of RHEL clients to the Insights Service fails with an 502 http error code:

[root@example ~]# redhat-access-insights --register
ERROR: Upload failed!
Debug Information:
HTTP Status Code: 502
HTTP Status Text: Bad Gateway

Also, an authentication error is displayed when the user navigates to the Insights overview page (Access Insights -> Overview). See attached image

Environment

This issue affects versions of Satellite 6.1.1 with the following rpms installed:

ruby193-rubygem-foreman-redhat_access-0.2.2-1.el7sat.noarch (For Satellite installed on RHEL 7)
ruby193-rubygem-foreman-redhat_access-0.2.2-1.el6sat.noarch (For Satellite installed on RHEL 6)
