A user with the Deployer role cannot manage ActiveMQ queues using the Hawtio console
Issue
Fuse/ActiveMQ 6.2 supports role-based access control, and a number of roles are pre-defined. In the Hawtio console, ActiveMQ page, a user with the Deployer role can view and manage ActiveMQ topics, but not queues. All the queue-based operations are shown with the "red cogwheel" icon, indicating that they are not available to that role.
