Fuse Karaf prompt does not display correctly when used in a Windows 10 console
Issue
When running Fuse at the command prompt ("DOS box") on Windows 10, there may be some corruption of the display layout. When starting Fuse, for example, the progress indicator scrolls the screen, rather than staying on one line. These effects appear to be harmless -- only the display is affected.
