Issue

We have OpenShift Enterprise (OSE) 3.0 nodes spread across different networks and sometimes we have strange network problems:

Some nodes can not work properly with the internal registry. Pulling and pushing images fails, even if they can connect and authenticate to it
Some services are not accessible to pods located in other nodes
