rsyslog mmopenshift does not log namespace in scaled gears
Issue
mmopenshift produces the following error when a gear is scaled in /var/log/messages of the node:
Mar 7 08:09:10 node1 rsyslogd-3000: mmopenshift: error opening file /var/lib/openshift/1234567890abcdef12345678/.env/OPENSHIFT_NAMESPACE: No such file or directory
