Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host does not use keyboard set during installtion
Issue
- Keyboard type different to default, set during installation, is not used afterwards via console
- Although changing keyboard type during installation, English keyboard is still default
localectl list-keymaps
returnsCouldn't find any console keymaps.

localectl list-locales
only returns a few locales:$ localectl list-locales en_US en_US.iso88591 en_US.iso885915 en_US.utf8 $

When setting German as default LANG in
/etc/locale.conf
