Why we can not find ipa_kpasswd in ipa-server-2.2.0-16
Issue
The ipa_kpasswd included in the ipa-server package doesn't exist in Red Hat Enterprise 6.3 and later releases ( ipa-server-2.2.0-16).

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3 (ipa-server-2.2.0-16.el6) and later release
