How to disable portlet registration in exo wsrp producer

Issue

• We got request to disable registration in WSRP exo producer. Therefore we got a description how to do it manually via portal.
  This is a manual step we would like to remove because there is always a risk that someone forgets this step or does a mistake.
  Is there any way of doing this via CLI or maybe some scripted approach?
