Issue

  • We have a hardened RHEL6 system where ipa-server-install fails:

Configuration of client side components failed!
ipa-client-install returned: Command '/usr/sbin/ipa-client-install --on-master --unattended --domain fluxcoil.net --server rhel6u6a.fluxcoil.net --realm FLUXCOIL.NET --hostname rhel6u6a.fluxcoil.net --ssh-trust-dns' returned non-zero exit status 1
  • During the execution of the ipa-server-install script the script fails during the installation of the client side components on the server (ipa-client-install returns non-zero exit status).
