mpathX device not being created
Issue
- When adding san lun it shows up in pvdisplay as just one of the path names instead of mpathX. LUNID is in the exemptions lists in
/etc/multipath.confand did a service multipath reload.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6
- Device Mapper multipath
