passenger-status command doesn't work in Red Hat Satellite 6 installed on RHEL 7

Issue

• passenger-status command doesn't work in Red Hat Satellite 6 installed on RHEL 7
• passenger-status command is broken in Red Hat Satellite 6 installed on RHEL 7
• passenger-status command throws below error

[root@satellite ~]# passenger-status
