Why does installation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1 fail with message "failure of loading in-kernel X.509 certificate" ?

Issue

  • Trying to Install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1 On Lenovo Y50 Laptop running Windows 8. When i tried to boot from CD ROM the message displayed was
failure of loading in-kernel X.509 certificate
  • Then installation halted and went into blank screen.
