Some OSGi service dependencies not satisfied after migrating to JBoss Fuse 6.2

Issue

We're migrating our application from JBoss Fuse 6.1 to JBoss Fuse 6.2. We followed the Migration Guide and specifically used the newer Fuse BOM, changed spring namespace to 3.2, etc. But some bundles that have an OSGI service dependency on AMQ and our reference-data-service are not satisfied.

We're getting errors like

Failed to resolve endpoint: amq://queue:test.queue due to: No component found with scheme: amq"

and the same for our reference-data-service.

On the other hand, a service reference to Spring's platformTxManager seems to work fine.
