CLI script in EAP 6.4 throws error "JBAS013493: System boot is in process; execution of remote management operations is not currently available"

Issue

  • Can't execute formerly running CLI Script successfully under 6.4.1
  • I tried to change the messaging configuration by using a cli script. Under EAP 6.3.3 it worked fine, transformation was done the way it was expected. Running the same script under 6.4.1 doesn't work any more. The problem under 6.4.1 seems to be that after a reload statement in the script, it is not possible to execute any other commands. The only message I get is:
Failed to get the list of the operation properties: "JBAS013493: System boot is in process; execution of remote management operations is not currently available"

  • Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP)
    • 6.4.0 CP1
    • 6.4.0
