When I register and attach my RHEL system with 'subscription-manager auto-attach', some repos are missing

Issue

I've registered and attached a system using subscription-manager auto-attach, but now I can't find repos for everything we have purchased
After attaching to a subscription with subscription-manager, I don't see the High Availability or Resilient Storage channels
I have a RHEL7 box registered to a subscription, that only has the "EUS" oracle channels. Why is only the eus channel available, and not the rhel-7-server-thirdparty-oracle-java-rpms channel that I need?
