MegaRAID SAS コントローラーがファームウェアの失敗を示すメッセージを出力する

Issue

• MegaRAID SAS カードでバックアップしたストレージに問題があります。/var/log/messages に、FAULT 状態になっているファームウェアに関するメッセージが出力されています。この問題はどのように対処すれば良いですか?

kernel: megasas:Found FW in FAULT state, will reset adapter.
