version mismatch in camel-jackson in bom and fuse feature

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • I am currently using the 6.1.0.redhat-379 version for my jboss bom which is using 2.12.0.redhat-610379 for the camel-jackson library. If I look at my dependency management, it appears the managed version of 2.2.2 is being overridden to version 2.3.1. This causes problems with the default feature installed in fuse if I install the camel-jackson feature (wherein it installs the 2.2.2 version of the dependent libraries).

The libraries in conflict appear to be:

    Jackson-Core
    Jackson-Databind
    Jackson-Annotations

Environment

  • Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP)
    • 6.1
