How do I rollback a "yum update" transaction on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5?
Issue
- After running
yum update, the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 server was updated to its latest minor release. - Due to the requirements of third party softwares, its needed to have specific minor release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.
- Is it possible to downgrade or rollback the
yumtransaction to its previous update level?
