Why do I get layer connection refused ? Do you have any tool to set performance tuning parameters ?

Issue

  • We have an elevate number of this type of error:

  • Can be that this type of error is attributable to this signal:

If the problem is relate to network problem can we consider valid the suggest to set net.ipv4.tcp_tw_reuse=1? At the moment we have net.ipv4.tcp_tw_reuse=0.
