With application.esb, the default url is http://xxxx/application.

Is it possible to change context root like app11 which of url would be http://xxxx/app1?

Resolution

There is no way to change context root for esb application on SOA platform.

There are restrictions on available URL for SOA-P. If it is needed to fully control, this solution would be help. This article suggests that it can build a plain web service in front of an ESB service, and then have it invoke the backend ESB service using 'ServiceInvoker'
