How to find the releaseId of the modules deployed to business central from a standalone java program in BPMS 6?

Issue

Assume some KJar modules are deployed in repository. They are available in "xxxx\bin\repositories" and/or local maven repository.

Now, when I execute my standalone Java program (no business-central), how will it know what modules are deployed in repository? I know how to load them once I know their release id. But the question is how do I know their release ids?

Put in different words, how does business-central loads all modules from "xxx\bin\repositories" at server start up?
