Password expiring warning messages are displayed very short on GDM login and gnome-screensaver

Issue

• When password of a user is about to expire, a warning message is shown on the GDM login dialog box.
• The gnome-screensaver unlock dialog box shows the same warning message.

"You are required to change your password immediately (root enforced)"
"Changing password"
"Enter password"

• Message is displayed for 1 seconds or even less making it hard to read for the user when logging in on the graphical console.
