Issue

There was a h/w issue with motherboard in one of our UCS C200 M1 server and vendor had recommended to replace motherboard.
The root filesystem is created on software raid (mdraid), do we have to re-install RHEL and all software on the system, or can we just plug the hard drives into the system with the replaced mother board and boot the system?
