Does Red Hat Enterprise Linux provide utilities for creating backup or tape copy of the system disk that can be restored and booted?

- Is it possible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux to create a copy of system disk to tape in such a way that one could restore it to a disk and then boot from that disk.
