What to do when getting the error Bad signature Header V3 RSA/SHA256 message?

Issue

When executing the command rpm -Uvvh *rpm --justdb the following errors of bad signature Header V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, key ID fd431d51: BAD show up.

When checking the signature the following message appears:

Command rpm -K *.rpm output -----> RSA SHA1 (MD5) PGP MD5 NOT OK
rpm -Uvh --nodeps --force yum-utils-1.1.30-17.el6_5.src.rpm
error: yum-utils-1.1.30-17.el6_5.src.rpm: Header V3 DSA/SHA1 Signature, key ID 1d1e034b: BAD
error: yum-utils-1.1.30-17.el6_5.src.rpm cannot be installed
