Proxy issue with SSLv3

Issue

• We have a RHEL 6 web server which we use as a reverse proxy server using mod proxy.

• We recently added a patch to a bacekend server environment which enables TLS 1.0. This prevents us from downgrading which causes the POODLE vulnerability. I tested this pretty thoroughly in all sorts of web browsers and it appears to work as intended.

  • I upgraded one of the servers that has the reverse proxy set up and I cannot reverse proxy to one of these urls. I get a 502 proxy error. I get Unable to retrieve - SSL ERROR.
