How to manually remove replication agreements via dse.ldif from RHDS?

Issue

Due to unknown circumstances, RHDS will not start. It was determined that replication agreement needs to be removed before starting the dirsrv service.
Manual removal of the replication agreement is necessary from the dse.ldif
