mod_jk Failed opening socket
Issue

mod_jk can't connect to JBoss when JBoss is running on certain ports. The error is the following:
[info] jk_open_socket::jk_connect.c (627): connect to 127.0.0.1:18009 failed (errno=13)
Environment
- JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP)
- JBoss Enterprise Web Server (EWS)
- Apache httpd
- mod_jk
