Does Tomcat 7 support the HTTP PATCH method?
Issue
- Does Tomcat 7 support the HTTP PATCH method as defined in by RFC 5789? We're attempting to make PATCH requests to Tomcat, but we only get 501 responses back.
Environment
- JBoss Enterprise Web Server (EWS) 2.x
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- Tomcat 7.0.x
