Deployment scanner hangs when it finds an incomplete war in $JBOSS_HOME/deployment directory
Issue
We deploy application to JBoss EAP 6 instances by utilizing the automatic deployment scanner. We copy the war's to the deployment directory, the EAP instance scans and finds that the war is incomplete because of this deployment fails and deployment scanner stops running and doesn't retrigger.
